Making the decision to have dentures made is not an easy one. Patients have lots of questions about the costs, the procedures, and what life with dentures will be like after the procedure is over. You are right to be concerned: dentures are not for everyone. However, for some patients, dentures can be transformative to their lifestyle. Having the freedom to chew without pain and smile without embarrassment are two of the top reasons why patients all throughout Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Philadelphia counties have come to ADS Dentures.
There are a lot of different choices that you can make when you are seeking to move to dentures. Our very experienced dentists and lab technicians are here to help you make choices that are comfortable to you. We do not “sell” treatment. There is one choice that we will not let you make: quality.
All of our dentures are made in-house. By taking out the middleman and having control over our entire process, we are able to create perfectly fitting dentures from the highest quality materials. In fact, the only dentures that we will ever create for a patient are those that other practices would advertise as their best. We do not treat patients with simply good or just average dentures. There is too large of a difference in quality.
With “discount” practices come cheap dentures with no options. Who wants to walk around with dentures that do not even make an attempt to look like the real thing? That neither brings satisfaction to our patients, nor does it bring dignity. Our dentures are TrueExpression dentures from DENTSPLY. They provide a multitude of choices including:
These choices mean that your dentures will not only fit perfectly, but also will look like real teeth.
Your treatment plan at ADS will be as personalized as your dentures. However, the first step of your treatment plan is a consultation with your dentist. ADS is committed to making sure that you have the quality time you deserve with your dentist. We want to allow you to ask as many questions as you need for your own comfort and peace of mind. Our dentists will not only help to answer questions, but also set expectations for taking care of your dentures. At this time your dentist will perform an oral evaluation, take x-rays, and collect impressions to send to our lab.
The next step uses the assistance of wax try-ins to help make sure that the impressions will create the right fit. These try-ins will allow you to preview the look of your dentures and provide feedback to your dentist. Your dentist will help to adjust things like your bite and alignment. Your final dentures will be made using the adjustments from this step, so you will want to make sure that you notify your dentist if there are any problems.
Finally, your dentures are created and ready for their final alignment. Your dentist will work with you to make sure that your dentures fit properly and are comfortable. Keep in mind, it may take a few appointments to make sure that your dentures look great and feel great. At ADS we never charge extra to make things just right.
